Nuisance/ dangerous motorbike - appeal

Dear resident

Following recent complaints, we are keen to ID the rider of this motorbike. Do you know the rider, where is the motorbike kept, what areas is it frequenting?

Have you seen this bike acting in a dangerous manner?

This is a big bike and if involved in accident with a person, the consequences could be serious, especially for children or the elderly.
